Garbage Bins
There is a garbage bin outside by the elevator for the community.
Cooling
We have split air conditioning in each room. Please only turn on the air conditioner when you are in the room.
Parking
There is one assigned parking spot for each unit.
Cleaning Supplies
We have cleaning supplies in the kitchen cabinets at ground level, there are mops, brooms, and cleaning supplies in the maids quarters.
Pool
The pool is open from 8am to 8pm.
