What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
Can I check in early or check out late?
Early check-in depends on the previous guest's checkout (11 AM) and cleaning time. You can arrive at the complex earlier, but the apartment may not be ready until 3 PM. Late check-out may be available upon request — contact the host to arrange.
How do I get the keys?
Keys are picked up at the main gatehouse (garita principal). If there's any issue, contact the host for backup entry codes.
Where do I leave the keys at checkout?
Leave the keys at the main gatehouse (garita principal).
Is there parking available?
Yes, your assigned parking space is on the 3rd floor of the building garage. Visitor parking is also available.
What if the lights aren't working in a room?
Check the breaker panel located in the closet to the right as you enter the maid's quarters. A tripped breaker may need to be reset.
Is the pool shared?
Yes, the pool is shared with other residents of the Punta Caelo community.
What if a pool is closed for maintenance?
Punta Caelo has multiple pools throughout the community. If one is unavailable, the concierge can direct you to another.
Can I bring pets?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this property.
Is there air conditioning?
Yes, all bedrooms and the living area have air conditioning.
How do I access the beach?
The beach club overlooks the beach and has a ramp leading down to the sand on the far side.
By car: When entering the complex, drive past the main building and follow the road to the end. Park in the field overlooking the clubhouse — there's a stairway leading down.
From the apartment (quick route): Take the elevator or stairs down to level 4, turn right, then left out to the pool area. Walk down the wide steps and follow the road down to the right — it leads directly to the clubhouse.
From the apartment (scenic route): Go to level 4, continue past the pool table and small pool to the stairs leading down to level 3. At the bottom, pass by the second pool area and follow the path to the right. Take the elevator to level 0, which leads to a path down to the clubhouse.
What recreational activities are available on the premises?
The complex has a paddle ball court, pool table, ping pong tables, skateboard ramp, and soccer field.
Is there a washer and dryer?
Yes, the apartment has a washer and dryer available for guest use.
What kitchen appliances are available?
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and all necessary cookware and utensils.
What entertainment is available?
The apartment has Android Smart TVs with the SmarterTV Pro IPTV app for live channels.
